the top of my back has been hurting. i have a hump. could that be serious? i am 29. i've had the hump in my back for as long as i can remember.

Unlikely but: This pain is most likely muscular due to being off center in terms of your spine's balance with the hump you are describing  most likely representing a scoliosis or a kyphosis or "round back" and less likely related to a endocrine or gland problem.  You need to be seen by your doctor. Based on the length of time you describe having it it is most likely a spine deformity.

i'm turning 23years old& a week ago noticed a hump at top of spine cord. from google it seems to be a developing dowager's hump!!! is it possible-help?

If the latter correct your posture.
Pelvis thrust forwards, spine straight, head forwards, shoulders straight down.

No : From the description I would say yo have finally noticed the normal spinous process of your vertebrae at that location. In some they are more prominent than others. Bring it up at your next doc visit to confirm  but I would not consider this worth any worry.

24m, 17 days after circumcision. over a week ago a longish horizontal 'hump' appeared under the remaining foreskin on the top of shaft but can't pull back that far to check it. it's not painful at all. should i be worried or will it go away?

: This soon after a surgery, if you have concerns about the outcome, you should talk with your surgeon. My impression from your description is that it probably is not anything to be concerned about, but if it persists or worsens or does not resolve, then you should show it to your surgeon. Good luck.

Possibilities: include lymph node or sebaceous/inclusion cyst.  Best to see your doctor to get it checked out.

No: If new could be irritated hair follicles, if old can be sun damage-need to be evaluated by a dermatologist.

im having a pressure sensation on a small part of the right side of the top of my head. not painful. my sinuses are backed up, could it be the cause?

Headache: It could be a sinus headache. Try some sudafed and some afrin (oxymetazoline)  for only a couple of days. You can get addicted to the afrin (oxymetazoline) if you use it for more than three days. You may have allergies as well. Try an over the counter antihistimine  like claritin. Good luck.

Maybe/not: What you describe sounds like a prominent spinous process (outgrowth) of your backbone at that location.It is to these outward projections that the back muscles are anchored. Nothing you do is likely to make it go away. You can bring it up with your doc at your next encounter.
