: Could be a number of possibilities but most likely some fungal or bacterial infection. A warm Epson salt foot soak might ease the pain but best to see the PCP or Podiatrist (Foot Doctor) soonest for evaluation and appropriate management.

Most likely cyst: You may have a cyst , ganglion (less likely) , nodule  or some benign process. If it is chronic , not changing in size or causing any pain or functional impairment ( mobility ) , you can watch it . Most likely it is just a harmless lump.

When fracturing a : Toe the concern would be is the fracture comminuted? Intraarticular? Displaced? Dislocated? The only way to know is via xray....,,the decision is yours to make,,,,,

i bumped my small toe more than 3 months ago. it is stil very painful on the side of my foot and there is a big calus like bone forming on the side. could i have broken it?

Probably yes: Small toes are often broken in cases like you describe. The problem would be due to poor shoe fit and further irritation or infection of the same toe. You should see a doctor to determine if the callous is related to the fracture, and if the malpositioned toe either needs an accommodative shoe or repair itself. Do not avoid getting this checked out professionally as the downside risk is great.

i suspect i fractured my small toe 5 years ago, i feel pain when i walk barefoot on the bone underneath the toe and this causes me to shift my weight onto the other side of my foot. problem is not as bad when i wear tackies or shoes ?

: A poorly healed fracture may result in long term pain or discomfort. Please see your PCP and discuss an imaging study to further revaluate. Usually if there is swelling, a local cool compress may be applied.

Tailors bunion: bone spur or tailors bunion deformity. The shoe rubs on the skin and the skin rubs on the spur causing the pain. As we age the bone or knuckle gets bigger. Wider shoes can help or surgery to remove the spur can help. See your local podiatrist

Confusing: Not sure what your question is, but if you have tendonitis at the master knot of henry, plantar fasciitis, sesamoiditis and metatarsalgia all on the same foot you need rest! and a lot of it!
