i have white small stringy particles in urine. no symptoms but  scared something is wrong. did a cmp blood test and all was normal. what could it be?

Urinalysis: A urine examination would have been more useful than a CMP. Do you have any symptoms? Could it be mucus from your genital tract rather than coming from the urinary bladder?
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

i have been checking my blood sugar for the past 3 days and its 116 115 127 i'm not diabetic but my family has it.can i have prediabetes i have  particles in urine.uti neva go .need help what to do.

See your PCP: First of all, make sure you do fingerstick on an empty stomach.  Second of all, you may have glucose intolerance. Please see your pmd to determine, may need to have 2 hr glucose tolerance test done.

Unclear question: If you are collecting 24 hour urine for cortisol, you obviosuly are under the care of a doctor and it would be better to address the question to your doctor. White particles may be innocous such as mucus or serious if it is pus.

Hematuria: Yes. It is not normal. It can be a sign of infection (common) or cancer (uncommon).

: We can pass various types of sediments in our urine. Some sloughfed off cells in the urinary tract may be the cause. In my experience black specks have most often been fragments of stones in the upper or lower urinary tract.  Even though you have no symptoms, I recommend that you have a clean catch urinalysis,culture,colony count&amp; microscopic exam of sediment for complete evaluation of your urine.

Hemturia: Hi, do u c the blood or urine test showed red blood cell in the urine? Multiple causes including trauma, infection, cancer, kidney disease, kidney stone, if this persists then more work up needs to be done.

It is common: If there are red blood cells and nothing else abnormal, then blood is entering your urine in some way. In females this is common with recent period/menstruation. That said, if you are having other symptoms, it does not rule out another cause of blood in urine. See your doctor for further follow up as this needs to be looked at in a clinical context to be sure everything is good.

No: Cialis should not cause blood in urine. Get urinalysis, may be infection or something else.

my driend substituted clean urine during a u.a.. she got some of her menstural blood in the cup. will this affect the results of the test.

Maybe: It depends on she was being tested for.  If for drugs, no effect.  If for health screening, yes.
