Hematuria: Yes. It is not normal. It can be a sign of infection (common) or cancer (uncommon).

Hematuria: I would repeat the urine test in a month interval twice, if urine still shows blood then i would ask my doctor to send urine cytology and refer you to a Urologist for possible cystoscopy especially if your are smoker. Just make sure to rule out urinary tract infection.

Abnormal: Blood in the urine is abnormal. It is not something that requires worry, but is something that deserves an evaluation by the doctor.
