i'm having recent ear pain. but also have been noticing constant headaches, often slurred speech, and dizziness when i turn around. help?

Unilateral headache : Any new onset headache, ear pain which is unilateral  and associated with slurred speech and dizziness are alarm signs that alert you to listen to your body and seek attention immediately.  These sxs. Can be a result of central problems in the brain, inner ear migraines etc. As a primary physician after taking a proper history and physical would refer you to an ENT and neurologist for furthereval.

do i have a brain tumor. i forget things, have headaches, slurred speech (sometimes) and random dizzy spells?

Probably not: But there are plenty of possibilities including an infection. If you have not had a recent traumatic injury and eat well, sleep well, and are otherwise healthy, you must see a doctor for a thorough evaluation.

Possibly: Member718, anxiety can sometimes produce hyperventilation, which can produce dizziness, mild confusion and slurred speech.  Anxiety usually does not produce back pain, although it can cause muscle tension and poor sleep, which could contribute to back pain.  I would discuss this with your primary physician.

i need advice regarding symptoms that gp was unable to diagnose. slurred speech, confusion, falling over, dizziness, cant type or speak properly ?

Unsure: Unsure what has been done.Basic blood work should have been done as well as syphillis test,Tuberculosis test..Also MRI head,carotid ultrasound ans echo of heart done.In addition referral to Neurologist.Does sound like stroke and a swallowing study should also be done to make sure not at right for aspiration.

Get seen today!: These are worrying symptoms, you need to get checked to be sure nothing serious is going on. Get seen today, if you cannot see your doc today, go to an ER.  An in person exam is essential, unless you talk to your doc and a better assessment is made by phone. Do either today.  Why wait to get worse!

Seek help ASAP: Any time there could be neurological issues such as slurred speech, you don't want to assume it is from pregnancy.  Seek medical help immediately as it could be a sign of serious underlying problems.

what can cause sudden tunnel vision, extreme loss of balance, and immediately followed with vomiting? during more serious episodes, there is slurred speech. no dizziness. episodes are occurring multiple times a week, whether resting or active?
