Unilateral headache : Any new onset headache, ear pain which is unilateral and associated with slurred speech and dizziness are alarm signs that alert you to listen to your body and seek attention immediately. These sxs. Can be a result of central problems in the brain, inner ear migraines etc. As a primary physician after taking a proper history and physical would refer you to an ENT and neurologist for furthereval.
