Possibly: Member718, anxiety can sometimes produce hyperventilation, which can produce dizziness, mild confusion and slurred speech. Anxiety usually does not produce back pain, although it can cause muscle tension and poor sleep, which could contribute to back pain. I would discuss this with your primary physician.
