Abnormal Paps: Yes. I am worried as well.  What happened after your abnormal pap? Weren't you offered a colposcopy and treatment? Did you get your gardisil vaccination? There should be absolutely no progress to cancer if you are getting the right gyn care.

Many things: Dehydration, increased serum levels of Albumin may give increased total calcium without any ill effects.  Parathyroid adenoma or hyperplasia, renal disease, multiple myeloma, metastases in the bone are some of the other reasons.  You should consult your doctor for a proper workup, if your calcium is abnormally elevated.

Hypercalcemia: Blood calcium levels above the normal range of 9-10.5 mg./dl.  Can be due to excess skeletal calcium release, increase intestinal calcium absorption, or decrease renal calcium excretion. Some effects are; renal or biliary stones, bone pain, abdominal pain, nausea/vomiting, polyurea, depression/anxiety/cognitive deficits/insomnia.

Different things: Commonly, a slight anomaly in the calcium level could a machine error. In that case, its' prudent to repeat it. A little dehydration can cause the machine to read higher than normal levels. If there's excess parathyroid hormone, that can cause elevation, but usually the values are quite high.

if one is d3 deficient in presence of mildly elevated calcium less than 10.4, can d3 reduce blood calcium values?  what other nutrients can help?

Vitamin D: A calcium of 10.4 or around that is a higher level. If one supplements with D3, or cholecalciferol, this can actually elevate your calcium levels. There are multiple players within this axis including, the parathyroid hormone, calcium , phosphorous, albumin and Vitamin D. Please see your doctor where you can have a full work-up and avoid supplements until doing so.

No: Gallstones generally are not related to hypercalcemia though some gallstones are made of calcium.  Most gallstones are asymptomatic.  Symptoms from gallstones generally includes right upper abdominal crampy pain which may radiate to the upper back or shoulders.  Elevated calcium can be a symptom of hyperparathyroidism and should be further evaluated.

Several possibles: These tests need to lead to other tests including a serum electrophoresis and other studies to determine why both are elevated.

Can talk with Dr.: An online video consultation (such as here on HealthTap) can help a patient decide if such a change in lab test results has any meaning at all. For example, if a serum calcium level was 9.0, a 0.1% increase would result in 1.001 x 9.0 = 9.009, which rounds off to 9.0 (no change!). Math stays true, so if a patient is worried about his numbers... it's time to see the doctor on video or in-person

You did not provide the lab result/how high was high or that labs "normal" values. Depending on doctor google will usually create more stress than answers. Please start over and provide detail. my creatinine in the blood is normal. however, my ionized  calcium is slightly low and my intact pth is slightly elevated. what's the cure?

? Vit d diff: It is very hard to answer without Knowing the values of vit D and phosphate level. My Gauss is that it can be vit D diff  or PTH resistant. Recommend you follow with endocrinologist. I hope this helps.
