Leg pain: You need to go to an er to see if your swelling, redness and stiffness are signs of cellulitis, or an infection of the leg. Good as soon as you can, as you may need to be placed on antibiotics if you do have a cellulitis and you need to find out its cause.

ANS: your sitting is restricting blood flow out of your leg &amp; you are likely eating too much salt or have venous disease on left. What is ur family Hx of varicose veins. If due to excess salt lower intake to &lt;1,500 mg a day. if it goes away solved

Disc herniation: You could possibly have a lumbar disc herniation which can cause "radiculopathy". This can present as pain, numbness or tingling from the back into the legs. A smaller disc herniation can usually be managed non-surgically. However, a larger disk herniation causing intractable pain and even weakness usually needs to be treated surgically.
Would also consider weight loss.

This warrants eval.: Don't know if you have a frozen joint or not. However, if it is bad enough to impair function to this extent -  it is worth getting it assessed. Take care.

Could be either : Sounds like it's a pulled muscle and you can try some anti inflammatory medications along with heat applied to your calf. However, blood clot must be ruled out and I suggest you see your doctor for obtaining leg ultrasound.

Too much: In all those anatomic distributions, I don't believe there is any one single diagnosis that can be invoked as an explanation. I'm afraid you have numerous areas of rheumatism and arthritis - I don't think your mild scoliosis is a factor here.

blood clot in leg? for a couple of days, my left calf has felt weird. at times, i feel a slight burning or throbbing sensation. i haven't had any pain, swelling, discoloration. what could this be? treatment plans? should i go to er or to my pcp?

PCP: It is better to consult your PCP and let her/him decide if additional investigation is warranted.
