Burning calf: If you have problems with high blood sugar or diabetes, this could be reason.  That is nerve pain.  Other possibilities, rashless shingles if you had the chickenpox.  If not improving, see your doctor.

Don't know: Rashes are really impossible to diagnose over the computer, so seeing a dr for a visual examination would be your best bet. In the bikini line though, you may have shaved and that can cause an irritation and folliculitis like rash.  Groin areas commonly get fungal infections too. But as stated, these are guesses only, see a dr for the answer and tx, best wishes.

Dermatographia?: You might have dermatographia (also called dermatographism or skin writing). It's pretty common and usually not harmful, but sometimes a sign of allergy, e.g. if you're allergic to a new medication. If it continues or you remain concerned, see your doctor just to be safe. In the meantime, google it; lots of info is available online.

Hot tub fun: Some people get an almost allergic-like reaction from the heat and other chemicals in the hot tob.  The reaction can look like a flat, splotchy red rash and can itch.  Another rash that happens is really an infection called folliculitis.  You develop little bumps that may be full of pus at the base of each hair follicle.  It's red and can itch. Usually antibiotics are needed.  Happy hot tubbing!

Skin Rash: Dry skin can make itching caused by a rash worse.

Avoid taking hot showers or baths.

Keep the water as cool as you can tolerate.

Try an oatmeal bath, such as Aveeno Colloidal Oatmeal bath, to help relieve itching.

Try an antihistamine: It's a chemical response that you're experiencing.  You might try an antihistamine on a regular basis, (Zyrtec) and see if that helps.  More then likely it's YOU, and you aren't going to be able to change it.

i got allergy due to hot summers due to which my skin itches a lot and got small red rashes. what should i do to cure it?

Multiple: How long does the rash last after you got out of the sun?   Do you have the same issues after exercise? The problem can be due to what is called cholinergic urticaria which usually occurs during the cooling off period after an increase in core body temperature (hot shower, sun, exercise, stress etc). If this is what you are experiencing, then taking an antihistamine prior to the exposure may work.

hi i just noticed that before the head of the penis i have these red small rashes. they are not bumps, you can't feel a bump when you touch it?

Most likely, ok...: As long as no local discomfort, such rashes may suggest mild balanitis (inflammation of glans penis), which is usually related with redundant foreskin with poor local hygiene. Without detailed history and inspection, it's hard to make a firm statement.

Sounds like hives: Rash that comes and goes so quickly is most likely urticaria or hives. Is it itchy? Hives are usually itchy. The rash may develops without any provocation. Sometimes stress or emotional change triggers hives. If it is very bothersome, you should take her to a doctor and have him(her) prescribe medicine. If it accompanies wheezing, swelling of lips, tongue, or breathing problem, take her to er.

Liver disease can cause  itching all over the body.

Use coconut oil all over twice daily.
