Dermatographia?: You might have dermatographia (also called dermatographism or skin writing). It's pretty common and usually not harmful, but sometimes a sign of allergy, e.g. if you're allergic to a new medication. If it continues or you remain concerned, see your doctor just to be safe. In the meantime, google it; lots of info is available online.
