Nobody can guess but: In a normal, healthy teenager, a "tiny black speck" the size of a pencil tip is just a tiny dot on the skin, and is not skin cancer. Dots grow bigger with age, which means as a child grows older, more and more dots will become visible. One can go online to look at pictures of skin dots to see when he or she should worry about a particular dot being suspicious.

Cherry angioma: Have this mole checked by a doctor .  Dermatologist specialize in diagnosis of skin moles.

: Those described lesions are not typical for skin cancer (timing and appearance). You can observe those lesions for now and see doctor if they persist or new lesions develop. Do not worry too much and there is no relationship between Covid-19 infection and skin cancer by my knowledge. Good luck.

Yes: Unfortunately you can get skin cancer anywhere. Most often skin cancer is caused by sun exposure but also sometimes caused by chronic wounds or inflammation or genetic problems.  Also other cancers also metastasize to the armpit because of lymphatic drainage .  If you see a change in color or a new bump- these things should prompt you to see a doctor to verify that it is not cancer.

Maybe, check it out: Many sun-caused skin cancers (basal and squamous cell cancers) show up as red, raised, rolled, itchy spots.  They may NOT be itchy.  Sometimes they scab, seem to heal, the scab falls off, and the whole cycle starts over.  The only way to be sure is to see your doctor.  If she/he is concerned, a small skin biopsy under local anesthesia can be done in the office to check.  Good luck!

Duration: Generally blisters occur as a result of shear injury to the skin surface. They are filled with clear fluid. Most skin cancers are either flat or raised lesions. Biopsy can confirm the diagnosis of cancer.
