Maybe, check it out: Many sun-caused skin cancers (basal and squamous cell cancers) show up as red, raised, rolled, itchy spots. They may NOT be itchy. Sometimes they scab, seem to heal, the scab falls off, and the whole cycle starts over. The only way to be sure is to see your doctor. If she/he is concerned, a small skin biopsy under local anesthesia can be done in the office to check. Good luck!
