Unlikely, but....: It sounds more like tmj\tmd symptoms but you may also have an ear infection. I recommend that you see a dentist who might also suggest you see a physician.

Sinusitis: If you have sinusitis, the mucosal lining of the sinus gets inflammed, &amp; swollen.The nerves to the upper teeth, run close to the lining of the sinus.The pressure of swollen lining on the nerves, can give you pain in the upper teeth.Sort of a dull annoying pain. Once the sinusitis is resolved, the lining of the sinus returns to normal &amp; release of pressure leads to relief of pain in the teeth.

: Sounds like TMJ syndrome with masticator muscle spasm. Suggest you see your ENT doctor for examination. Warm compresses over the joint, eating softer foods and a bite plate may help if you are grinding your teeth.

: There are several causes of enlarged parotid glands ranging from obstructed salivary ducts from stone formation to autoimmune disease to infection to tumors. It seems you are being treated for an infection possibly from an obstructed duct. If you have dry mouth this might be also from an immune disorder. I suggest you followup an ENT doctor if your swelling does not subside to baseline soon.

Possible: The pressure or pain in the face, neck, mouth and head areas can present as pain in the lower jaw.    You will need to be evaluate properly by a dentist that specializes in facial pain, and an ENT to rule out any sinus issues.  You you are having headaches also you may consider seeing a neurologist.

Sinusitis: Apply warm compresses to the facial area, inhale steam to promote drainage from the infected sinus. Take acetaminophen.  If nasal passages are clogged, use decongestant nasal spray. Contact your physician or an Otolaryngologist for appointment or prescription for an appropriate antibiotic.
