Possible: The pressure or pain in the face, neck, mouth and head areas can present as pain in the lower jaw. You will need to be evaluate properly by a dentist that specializes in facial pain, and an ENT to rule out any sinus issues. You you are having headaches also you may consider seeing a neurologist.

Possible: The complexity of the head and neck area never ceases to amaze me. The intimacy of the vessels, nerves and sinus and lymph chain of this area hold many surprises. Usually upper teeth are involved but it is possible, and it would be wise to have this type of symptom evaluated by your dentist to determine if it is dentally related. If it is not, then the next stop is your physician.

Unlikely: Unlikely, maxillary sinus part of upper jaw, upper teeth are related to sinus. So sinus pressure much more likely to affect upper tooth and jaw pain. However, see your dentist or oral surgeon for evaluation.
