Unlikely, but....: It sounds more like tmj\tmd symptoms but you may also have an ear infection. I recommend that you see a dentist who might also suggest you see a physician.

TMJ?: It is possible that you might have a problem with your ear, but you might also have a problem with the muscles or the joint of your jaw. Start by seeing your dentist who can examine your bite and the health of your jaw joints (tmj). See your physician too, to make sure you don't have an ear infection. Good luck!

TMJ: Sounds more like TMJ. See a TMJ expert. Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Most commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain specialists. Ask your MD, your dentist and your dental society for referrals.
