39 weeks pregnant been haveing a headache for about 5 days on right side, went to hospital and i don't have preeclampsia  what else could it be?

There are many: Possible causes.  Sinus issues, insomnia ( mostly makes them worse) clinching teeth at night ( called bruxism), visual changes.  You name it.  Try tylenol (acetaminophen) cold and sinus.  Gd luc.

Pre-elampsia ?'s: Normal BP at 39 weeks of pregnancy is usually lower than in the non-pregnant state, and is roughly 100/60 or so. "Swelling of feet" and a "trace of protein" can be a normal finding at 39 weeks.  Other lab tests should be done and your OB physician can determine when it is the right time for induction of labor, if tests are abnormal, or more protein is found in the urine.

a week ago i had high blood pressure and they ruled out it wasnt preeclampsia so they said i was ok. 
sense 7-5-19 i have had a few headaches and i felt nauseous what should i do ?

Recheck: in labor and delivery,  as preeclampsia can develop over a few hours, when it was not present last week. This is an urgent issue, and should not wait.

i am 13 weeks pregnant (first child). i am 34 & will be 35 during my 3rd trimester. do i absolutely need baby aspirin to prevent preeclampsia and hypertension? i am healthy, eat well, but do have gut dysbiosis & on the lower but normal end of vit d?

HT, Protein in urine: The diagnosis of pre-eclampsia is suspected when the b/p reaches 140/90 for the first time during the pregnancy and there is a high level of protein in the urine ( 300 mg. Or more/24 hours). This signifies a decrease in organ perfusion and that means to the baby too. Close monitoring is imperative!

Lots: There are several signs and symptoms of preeclampsia.  These can include high blood pressure, protein in the urine, visual disturbances, headaches, low platelets, elevated liver function tests, kidney failure, or fetal growth restriction.  It is important to remember that these symptoms can occur in other conditions and none of these alone means you necessarily have preeclampsia.

See doctor: For the sake of your and your baby's health, you should be under the care of a doctor who will examine you, test your urine, blood pressure, hemoglobin etc to safeguard your health.
If you are starting out pregnancy with hypertension, you are at greater risk of pre-eclampsia.

im 33 weeks pregnant with high blood pressure. the past two spot urine checks ive had protein. when doing the 24 hr urine collection it came back as protein g/24hr 0.19 and protein ur 26.7. are these normal or sign of preeclampsia?

34 weeks and i had a trace of protein on and off through out my pregnancy. my blood pressure was always low normal but now today it was 120/70 and urine has 0.3 g/l protein.  is this a sign of slowly developing pre-eclampsia?

: Could be.  I do not know normal values for pregnancy in Canada.  Always send them.

Slowly developing can quickly turn into an emergency.  Discuss with your local Drs.  Don’t mess around.
