34 weeks and i had a trace of protein on and off through out my pregnancy. my blood pressure was always low normal but now today it was 120/70 and urine has 0.3 g/l protein. is this a sign of slowly developing pre-eclampsia?

Could be. I do not know normal values for pregnancy in Canada. Always send them. Slowly developing can quickly turn into an emergency. Discuss with your local Drs. Don’t mess around.
