What are the signs of preeclampsia besides bp?

Lots: There are several signs and symptoms of preeclampsia. These can include high blood pressure, protein in the urine, visual disturbances, headaches, low platelets, elevated liver function tests, kidney failure, or fetal growth restriction. It is important to remember that these symptoms can occur in other conditions and none of these alone means you necessarily have preeclampsia.

Urine protein, liver: Sometimes abnormal placentas begin to breakdown at 20wks, leading to exposure of mom to some of dad's placental genes and lead to an "allergic" reaction where the vessels spasm and platelets are drawn away (thrombocytopenia). The spasm causes high BP, HA, liver dysfunction, vision changes, and protein in the urine; leads to maternal seizure, decreased baby growth, and sometimes placental abruption
