3rd molar sitiches: After 5 days loosen stiches indicate healing and lessening of swelling associated with the removal. They may be annoying but no problem. Your surgeon will be happy to remove any bothering you. However, if you have a sweet rotten smell in your mouth with heat near the extraction, you may have a dry socket. Pain after 3 days with this smell is always a dry socket. The surgeon can fix this
easily.

Probably med effect: Metronidazole is known to turn urine a brownish color.  Also, being dehydrated can also make your urine look dark.  Kidney stones usually cause pain and may be associated with blood in the urine.

Avoid nut, taco, chips, and sharp food that may injure the inflamed tissue.  Take a lot of fluid.  Keep the surgical area clean.  Call your dentist.

Soon: After the local anesthesia wears off i recommend non-diet sodas:  the carbonation settles the stomach, and the sugar gives you some energy.  No straws!  the suction or negative intra-oral pressure can cause bleeding.
