Heavy periods: and polyps can be treated this way. Biggest problem (Cons), is recurrence of bleeding or polyps.  Pros, outpatient/office, fast recovery, 80 % success over time.

Yes: Occasionally, if the implantation occurs at the polyp site, bleeding issues may occur

Surgical risks: There are almost no side effects to cervical removal unless the surgeon does a very wide cervical vaginal removal involving the "G spot" under the bladder and in front of the cervix. When that occurs, there is usually excessive bleeding at the time of surgery, as a risk of surgery. The good news with cervical removal, is that the risk of  cervical cancer is diminished.

Depends: Many of the side effects of hysterectomy are related to the type of hysterectomy. An abdominal hyst will generally cause more pain, 2-3 day hospital stay and a 6-8 week recovery. A robotic hyst can often be done as a day surgery & return to work in 1-2 weeks. An embolization usually requires hosp for 1-2 days for pain management. Future pregnancy is not possible w/ hyst & not recommended w/ uae.

It's possible: But why? When you ablate or embolize, there is pain and bleeding, and the reason to have a hysterectomy is to avoid both. It is efficient, and the "sound good" embolization means it's still there to bleed another day.

Rarely: Overall, the risk of complications from uterine fibroid embolization (UFE) is quite low. Infection is the most serious risk, sometimes requiring hysterectomy. There is a small risk of premature menopause, seemingly higher in women over 40. It is probably more difficult to get pregnant after UFE. But overall it is an effective, safe procedure for symptomatic fibroids.

what are side effects of uterine scarring after a myomectomy? can scarring heal on its own? can scarring cause infertility? can fallopian tubes be scarred after myomectomy and being opened during the operation?

Myomectomy ?'s: Myomectomy as any surgical procedure can cause scarring of injured tissue, and depending on where the scarring develops, may interfere with fertility. If your tubes were open during the myomectomy, you might need a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) to make sure they are still open: consult your gyn physician for appropriate testing.
