: Your hemoglobin is not low enough for you to have any symptoms from iron deficiency. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless in case your symptoms are due to dehydration.

Mild degen changes: There is always a chance that mild degenerative changes can progress to moderate or severe issues, depends on how well you take care of yourself to prevent more damage

Accepted Answer

Not critical: Your hemoglobin is low but no where near critically low. Try taking oral iron and multivitamins. If after doing that for six months, there is no improvement, then it would be time to discuss intravenous iron treatment with your doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.  Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

: Yes, this is possible, but at your age, deconditioning is more likely. If you are concerned about atherosclerosis, you should have yuor cholesterol and blood lipids checked and also get your ankle=brachial index done = the latter is a test for severity of peripheral vascular disease which is generally the result of atherosclerosis and measures the blockage of your arteries by ultrasound.

: My expectation is the process can be found to some degree in any part of your body studied in such detail. Please consult with your primary doc or a cardiologist. This finding at a listed age of 35 suggests you need to be evaluated for a significand lipid disorder that could result in a  early demise. Treatments are available.

: Somewhat unusual to have bilateral carotid stenosis at the age of 30 yrs.  This suggests a genetic component, or early atherosclerosis secondary to risk factors such as hyperlipidemia, diabetes mellitus, or hypertension.  Would also check homocysteine levels.  Might be beneficial to have this fully evaluated with NIVA studies of arteries in limbs.
