i was at the dentist said i might have a cold sore, i doubt it i have a pimple like bump no head it hurts when i bit it in my lip but that's it ideas?

Sounds like trauma.: Given your age it would be incredibly unlikely (but not impossible) that this lesion represents anything other than a benign lesion such as a cold sore or just a traumatic injury (did you bite or burn your lip?)  i would keep the area clean and avoid continually injuring it.  If it remains for 2-3 more weeks you should see you primary doc to set you up for evaluation and/or possible biopsy.

Question 2

is normal to have sensitive top mouth lip, some little points, not bump , cluster or cold sore ?

Previous cold sore?: Sometimes a painful sensation can be an early warning sign for eruption of a cold sore.  I wouldn't be surprised if after a few days you develop an ulcer or other skin lesion.

Question 3

i hit my head pretty hard yesterday trying to stand up too quick underneath my staircase. top/middle to the left of my scalp. no bump, very tender & sore. went to bed with a headache and still have a pretty good headache today. does this sound normal?

: It is never normal to hit your head!.  The symptoms you have do not sound worrisome unless you also backed out.  Your body is talking to you.  Listen and take good notes. Then share with your Dr and you all will be able to figure out what is going on and how to fix it.

hard, painless bony bump on top of mouth. a little to the right of midline. same color as palate. i'm scared and can't see a dentist for week. ?

Palatial torus: This very well could be a palatal torus.  A very common bony development found in the roof of the mouth.  However, any bump is worth a look by your dentist.

why did i wake up today with my whole head sore from the top of my head down even around my mouth, mri's and can scans showed up nothing,im going to see a dentist next wk in case its dental related. ive had headaches every day and not sure why. so wh?

: Chronic daily headaches can be due to tension headaches, migraine, but also sinus, neck, jaw, and dental triggers. In your age group, giant cell arteritis needs to be considered.  It may be that a neurologist should next be involved, as most experienced neurologists could pinpoint the cause and handle this with skill.

i have a 2cm red/white mouth sore under the top lip and can be painful more  after eating, do i need a dentist or doctor. had it for 2 months  please

Oral surgeon: If you see your dentist, he/she will refer you to an oral surgeon. If you see your MD, he/she will refer you to an ENT doc.
I would recommend seeing an oral surgeon first. Oral surgeons see far more of these things than any other doc. Expect a biopsy to diagnose lesion.

had root canal on bottom left last tooth today. dentist took a x-ray after & said it looked great. put temp filling in. im experiencing pain & soreness in my mouth, and especially in my jaw in one spot. normal? i had multiple injections to get numb.

Not unusual: After those injections and all that work on your mouth and tooth and after the local anesthetic wore off, I don't think your symptoms are concerning at this time. If symptoms worsen or discomfort persists, notify the endodontist.

Get Another Opinion: If you are experiencing a change in your mouth tissues, and we are talking about your tongue, something is causing this change. I recommend that you have an expert examine you and evaluate your medical history. Try a periodontist or an oral surgeon. Do it now!

Deep Fillings?: If the teeth that are bothering you are the ones that were restored, the restorations may have been deep. Please see your dentist and have the teeth re-evaluated.
