Sometimes the memory problems resolve once your body becomes used to them. If memory problems do not resolve, then medications may need to be changed or adjusted by your psychiatrist.

If nothing else works, stay on it, and do not stop the medicine unless your doctor recommends it due to low wbc. If it is combined with lithium, it could increase the wnc count to normal levels to continue treatment. Be aware of the weight gain due to clozapine.

: It really depends on what type of symptoms you are trying to treat. So, a psychiatrist can help answer this question. If there is significant depression associated with the symptoms, ECT can work very well. Yes.: It can cause metabolic syndrome and weight gain as all atypical antipsychotics, but to counteract that, exercise and a healthy diet would help. Monitor your weight. You doctor can check your hemoglobin-AiC, fasting glucose and lipids periodically.
