It could be from: A pinched nerve from the neck/cervical spine from spurs from degenerative arthritis/spinal stenosis or brain ischemia/bleeding(remotely). Get evaluated by your dr for a thorough exam.!

No: These sudden sharp fleeting pains have been termed "ice pick headaches", and are most likely variants of migraine, and only rarely if always in same spot, consistent with neuralgia.  Annoying problem, but usually quite benign.

More of the same: Your migraine is evolving. Those are called lancinating pains. They may be hard to take but they don't signify that anything is happening other than your migraine. You treat them by treating the migraine. Some have tried rapid-acting benzodiazepines but I'd stay clear of that.

: If you are a high myope ( wearing thick lenses for distance) then seeing floaters and “something moving “ is significant for a Vitreous detachment 
You need to see an Ophthalmologist.

In other cases of chornic headache it can be migraine or muscle. Tension headache.

If this is happening more towards the evening it could be Tension headaches arising from the daily stressors of life. However there are other sinister causes of such headaches therefore you need to see your doctor and possibly get a CT scan done to rule out other worrying causes
