A member asked:

Sudden sharp pain in head above the forehead. pain was acute and faded away. should i be worried.?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: These sudden sharp fleeting pains have been termed "ice pick headaches", and are most likely variants of migraine, and only rarely if always in same spot, consistent with neuralgia. Annoying problem, but usually quite benign.
