flu shot on sat, low fever, weakness, pin pricks in hands and feet.  subsided now have severe thigh pain when i walk. dr. looked for gbs and does not think. could this be gbs? wants me to see neuro.

2nd opinion: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person.  He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.

sharp, unilateral outer thigh pain occurring only at night? pain is so bad it often wakes me up & nothing relieves the pain. (23 y/o active female)

Positional: This discomfort appears to be very positional and suggests a nerve entrapment in the spinal area or a location where the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve enters the thigh. A neurologist would be best qualified to evaluate and advise you and order any appropriate tests like MRI or EMG.

i have little thigh pain like sharp then goes away then sharp only lasts like a second each time would it be a blood clot?

I doubt it : That certainly does not sound like a blood clot to me 
as to what it might be i would not know.

Blood clot in leg: Although this could be a peripheral neuropathy(inflammation of a leg nerve) a blood clot in the leg should be ruled out with an ultra sound

what is causing my "hip to pop"? translation: extreme sharp stabbing pain in groin area where right leg meets inner thigh. pain lasts apx 3secs

Popping hip: Arthritis, tight ligaments, muscle spasms, piriformis syndrome - most common. Or sciatica. Sciatica usually runs pain down the back of the leg. The inner thigh usually a nerve - obturator nerve - gets pinched and radiates symptoms down the inside of the thigh.
Go see an orthopedic surgeon.

Cramps: Recurrent muscle cramps or spasms may be caused by deficiencies of calcium or magnesium. Sometimes they are due to excessive muscle tightness caused by various muscle activities during the day. In this case stretching maneuvers of the legs before going to bed may prevent the nocturnal spasms. You could also take a magnesium supplement daily. See your physician as needed.

NO first see GP: Try to see your family doctor first , may  or  may not be related to your surgery , your doctor will examine order the required tests for diagnosis to treat you. Go to ER only if you are unable to reach your doctor
