Not in legs: You need to see a doctor. Pain on just one side of the body can be caused by anything from anxiety to serious neurological conditions.

Go to ER: Your intuition sounds correct to me. Please get checked in the er where they can check a d-dimer for pulmonary emboli and a spiral ct to localize chest lesions and an u/s to check for deep venous thrombosis. This is a true medical emergency. Please let me know the outcme.

Nerve Injury or: possibly nerve entrapment such as from a vertebra gone out of whack or disc inj.Strangely, if an upper rib become dysfunctional, it too can cause sharp or achy pain in arm &amp; neck.I recommend a good history &amp; physical including osteopathic hands-on exam to figure out cause.Treatment could be as simple as manipulation, but if other treatment is necessary, your D.O. will be able to do it or refer.

Let try to help: To have pain in the whole arm from a diploma is unusual, but it could happen.
One reason the location of that lipoma could be pressuring a nerve in that area?
Another reason sometimes those lipomas get bigger and irritate the tissues around there.
Go to general surgeon and ask about it he will advise you better.

during venipuncture and when needle was removed, felt sharp pain in arm to wrist.now feel vein popping near wrist everytime straighten arm down from elbow.it is uncomfortable but not painful.

Painful vein?: Although not common veins can become thrombosed, prominent and tender after venipuncture.  If you can feel some firmness along the course of the vein and/or tenderness...Especially see any redness consult your physician after placing warm washcloth over area and taking aspirin.

Unlikely: Diabetic nerve pain usually starts as a numbness or tingling, not sharp pain. More likely strain or tendonitis.

Pain is obscure: Could be the mattress springs. Unlikely neurologic in origin, more likely from musculoskeletal  "improvisations ", irritating nerves outside the central nervous system. Check with a local osteopathic physician who specializes in neuromusculoskeletal pain. Try slow stretches- one leg gently over the other lying on your side - 3-5 minutes each side- arms out like an airplane.
