what can i do about severe sunburn swelling of the face around the eyes?

Cool compresses: Sunburns are just like heat burns - they cause swelling. Cooling the skin with ice can lessen the swelling. If the skin is blistering, your doctor may prescribe antibiotic ointment. If the swelling does not go down in a day, see your doctor.

: Other than the wasp bites can you think of any other triggers of an allergic reaction? If not I think you had a delayed hypersensitivity reaction to those wasp bites. I recommend consulting an allergist to sort this out and to advise you about dangers of severe reactions to future wasp bites, preventative measures like carrying epipens,especially when outdoors&amp;advisability of desensitization

Diminished vision: Sarcoidosis is a slow inflammatory condition that features growths called granulomata. These can appear on lacrimal glands and create dry eyes. These can appear inside the eye orbit or on the optic nerve. These can cause nerve irritations and cause a paralysis of eye movements. If on the optic nerve, loss of vision may result.  Floaters can result from inflammatory cells.

i have swelling and redness around eyes and was prescribed prednisone 10mg for 6 days 6x1 5x1 4x1 3x1 2x1 1x1. would this cause any severe side effects?

: Well you might get better! Not a bad side effect. ;-).  This short term burst of steroids should not likely cause and side effects unless you are allergic to it.  Go to Drugs.com and review possible side effects. And then discuss with Dr and decide if possible side effects are more bothersome in you than your red swollen eyes. Discuss.

Not ok: Tthat can be signs of a serious infection (cellulitis) that requires prompt medical evaluation.

Time for optho eval: The stye usually resolved and reduce in size.
If the conservative management does not reduce after 1-2 weeks, you may consider seeing opthalmologist for incision and drainage

Head injury: Eye swelling and severe headache sounds more like a head injury. You can certainly have a head injury associated with a neck injury. Head injuries can be caused by rotational forces without direct impact to your skull (like in a neck injury). You definitely need to get checked out by your doc!

i am unclear what kind of trauma was involved; i would get over to an emergency room for an evaluation.

had migraines since twelve. mini stroke at 28/29. my right eye is floating, swelling, & causes severe migraines. my neurologist stays no connection??

Maybe not: I am concerned about your right eye complaints in this setting, specifically with your history of "mini-stroke".  I would wonder if you have some type eye inflammation.  An ophthalmologist must evaluate you &amp; work in concert with your neurologist.
