Not ok: Tthat can be signs of a serious infection (cellulitis) that requires prompt medical evaluation.

It can cause a bit: But a more dangerous scenario is a cellulitis( a skin infection) in this same area. Please seek medical attention if you notice worsening redness,swelling,tenderness ASAP. Good luck
