i had a laparoscopic appendectomy 3 weeks ago thursday, and i am still having stomach pain. i hurt mainly around my belly button. is this normal?

Right abdomen pain: Could be gallbladder disease? Ask you family members if they had similar issues, ask yourself is it worse with fatty foods, worse after eating. Seek the opinion of a surgeon or internist, you may need an ultrasound or CT.

i got a laparoscopic appendectomy a week and 4 days ago. several minutes ago felt a sharp pain like cramp in my mid right abdomen. other than that the healings been going really good and thats the only thing i experienced is that normal?

Right abd pain: May be adhesions from surgery or internal hernia ( spigelian hernia) ,meckels diverticulum or gas. Internal hernia/meckels can be seen on CT/meckels scan, gas can be helped by Maalox, simethicone. Adhesions usually  have longer episodes of pain ( so if its fleeting doubt it ), and as a last resort require a laparoscopy to diagnose. F/U with doctor /urgent care when having an episode of pain

Depends: What work do you do? If it were a straight forward surgery without a lot of infection, one may be able to go back to work in about a week or so. Do not want to do heavy lifting work until released by your surgeon in possibly 4-6 weeks.

Biking post lap: Biking at this juncture will not stress those incisions nor any internal ligatures. Be careful that you do not fall -- please minimize risks if you go "off trail". Perhaps best to not go off trail for 2 more weeks, and to choose safer less rugged trails. If you have not been riding at all since surgery, then ride on the road first for a few days. Be sure that incision is not infected at this time

Unusual: to have swelling of feet on 28 yr old female after routine appendectomy , call your doctor go for follow up visit and evaluation to make sure you don't have deep vein thrombosis.

Depends on: What you do at work.  Activity level is different in different occupations.  But general rule is about one week, give or take a few days.  Ask your surgeon for specific recommendations.
