Right abd pain: May be adhesions from surgery or internal hernia ( spigelian hernia) ,meckels diverticulum or gas. Internal hernia/meckels can be seen on CT/meckels scan, gas can be helped by Maalox, simethicone. Adhesions usually have longer episodes of pain ( so if its fleeting doubt it ), and as a last resort require a laparoscopy to diagnose. F/U with doctor /urgent care when having an episode of pain
