When can i expect to mountain bike after a laparoscopic appendectomy? it's been 5 weeks, and i still have some tenderness near one of my incisions.

Biking post lap: Biking at this juncture will not stress those incisions nor any internal ligatures. Be careful that you do not fall -- please minimize risks if you go "off trail". Perhaps best to not go off trail for 2 more weeks, and to choose safer less rugged trails. If you have not been riding at all since surgery, then ride on the road first for a few days. Be sure that incision is not infected at this time
