The surgical fee may be ~ $1000 , but if you have IV anesthesia, this adds another ~$700 to the cost.  Having it under local usually just incurs a small 'local case' fee ~ $250.  However, this is just a rough estimate.

The : The main thing would be to follow your surgeon's instructions. Also, you should avoid blood thinner medications for about 10 days before and after surgery to maximize your ability to clot. Maintaining good nutrition and wearing your chin strap dressing as instruction are also important.
