Yes: We have a hard time treating ibs. Many things are contributing to the discomfort and charcoal(used in moderation) if helpful, is probably O.K.

: There are clinics that treat erectile dysfunction without drugs ,seek a clinic that doesn't use pills or drugs .Stress can also cause dysfunction.

No: The only reason to take an enteric coated medicine is if the original formula upsets your stomach.  SAM-e is a supplement and not a medication and is not therefor regulated, anything may be in it. Please use with caution. If you are taking other antidepressants please tell your doctor about any supplements/homeopathic treatments you are also taking as there may be dangerous interactions.

Medications that are approved for long term use by the FDA are considered safe, but doctors and patients still keep an eye out for undesired reactions. : This disclosure is to cover for the fact of its ineffectiveness on severe infection. You can try it and if it fails tell your MdD so she/he can prescribe the proper med. Or you can see a Podiatrist.

what is a good cleaning product to use on a large wound that is infected and healing? i am on antibiotics, and i wrap it everyday. im using hibiclens right now, but read it is not good for cleaning healing wounds?

: After the acute period of infection risk is past, gentle cleansing with antibacterial soap &amp; warm water can be very effective.  Hibiclens &amp; peroxide can help early on to minimize infection risk but can be tougher on healing tissue later in the process.

i got a friction wound it's quite small should i use a healing hansplast water proof bandaid on it? or a healing cream and not cover it?

Accepted Answer

Cover: I have found great success with Medihoney for superficial wounds.  It is similar to antibiotic ointment.  It helps clean the wounds, keeps them the right moisture, and is keeps them clean.  Cover with a band aid.
