What is a good cleaning product to use on a large wound that is infected and healing? i am on antibiotics, and i wrap it everyday. im using hibiclens right now, but read it is not good for cleaning healing wounds?

After the acute period of infection risk is past, gentle cleansing with antibacterial soap & warm water can be very effective. Hibiclens & peroxide can help early on to minimize infection risk but can be tougher on healing tissue later in the process.
