Unlikely: It would be unusual on antibiotics with minimal symptoms to have sepsis from a root canal. If it is bothering you have you dentist take a look at it.  Could there be any other cause for your low grade fever?

have a tooth abscess being treated for it. but ive devolved leg and foot pain the last day or so. im also tired. can this be signs of sepsis? or is it in my head. i dont have a fever my bp is normal, normal 02 levels do you have to have a fever?

Signs & symptoms of bacteremia and "beyond" would be fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, body aches, feeling of malaise and lethargy, disorientation, tachypnea, tachycardia, hypotension, shock and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome/ failure.  Don't wait for symptoms - please get treatment.

Yes: "blood poisoning" would usually mean that there is bacteria in the blood.  Blood tests can be performed that measure the number of white blood cells - elevated white blood cells is an indication of an infection.   

Bacteria in blood can be stained with specialized stains and be seen on a slide under a microscope and the blood can be cultured to identify bacteria.
