Nerve compression: Sounds like you may have a pinched nerve, perhaps a branch of the femoral nerve.  It may be caused by diabetes, or something pressing on the nerve, such as a blood clot.  You should see a medical provider for further work up.

Seek Evaluation: There are several categories of diagnoses related to generalized lymphadenopathy.  Common things being common, a viral infection is possible.  Lymphoma, leukemia, drug-associated, and bacterial infections are also possible.  The workup isn't necessarily a super quick thing.  I would see your primary doctor.  If you had a new sexual partner, i'd get tested for hiv, mono, etc.

i have a bump underneath my skin on my inner thigh. sensitive to touch.if i pop them only blood comes out. no pus ever. what could it be?

Probably a cyst: I think you have been squeezing it and it is very hard to say what exactly it is. It could be a cyst . Or a small boil or infected cyst .I suggest you have it checked by your doctor and find appropriate diagnosis and proper treatment if any needed

Need eval: A bump suchas this would need to be evaluated. In the inner thigh area when you see something like this there's a possibility of herpes if you are sexually active. However there are other viruses or infection that can also cause this type of bump.Most commonly it could be a basic skin infection and you may just need antibiotic. But i recommend you go see a doctor for it to be evaluated.

Early cellulitis?: Only two things come to mind. An early skin infection (cellulitis) which has not completely developed. Typically there is redness, warmth and tenderness in the area, but this may not be apparent early on. Monitor the area. Less likely, there could be an area of nerve damage in the skin causing very sensitive and noxious sensations to touch: a condition called dysesthesia. It could also be nothing.

i have a hard lump on my lower inner left leg about halfway between my knee and ankle you cannot see it only feel it and can be sensitive to touch should i be worried ?

Should be evaluated : Although the majority of lumps and bumps that appear on arms and legs are benign. The only way to be sure is to see a doctor and have it examined. Sometimes an MRI is needed to make the diagnosis. Best not to ignore it especially if it is painful or sensitive.

More information....: would be helpful. Is there anything visible: rash, redness, sores, scaling, etc.? The most common cause of itchy skin is dryness. The inner thighs, however, may be irritated because of being often encased in clothing and close to the site of bodily secretions (urine/stool). Inner thigh skin can become irritated from such exposures. A picture could help..otherwise, moisturize!
