Seek Evaluation: There are several categories of diagnoses related to generalized lymphadenopathy. Common things being common, a viral infection is possible. Lymphoma, leukemia, drug-associated, and bacterial infections are also possible. The workup isn't necessarily a super quick thing. I would see your primary doctor. If you had a new sexual partner, i'd get tested for hiv, mono, etc.
