More information....: would be helpful. Is there anything visible: rash, redness, sores, scaling, etc.? The most common cause of itchy skin is dryness. The inner thighs, however, may be irritated because of being often encased in clothing and close to the site of bodily secretions (urine/stool). Inner thigh skin can become irritated from such exposures. A picture could help..otherwise, moisturize!
