Eye light flicker: Eye light flickers or photopsia can be due to many issues (such as floaters, migraines, retinal issues, etc).  To rule out retinal tears and/or detachment, you should see an eye doctor urgently for a dilated eye exam.

whenever i close my eyes, look to the left, then open them, i see a green circle for around 1-3 seconds. is that something i should be worried about? i also keep seeing lighting flashes of lights when i look at them, what does that mean?

: It's not normal to me.
You should see an eye physician (ophthalmologist, MD) if possible, probably better than an optometrist (OD) with these symptoms.

Common, but: Subconjunctival hemorrhage (bleeding right under the skin of the eye ball) can occur follow coughing/forceful vomitting, or even sneezing. Often no vision change, no pain. Some may feel "something there" but no pain. Looking at it can be scary because it is "blood-shot" if you have change in vision, pain, sensitivities to light, headaches etc...Then see doc asap. If not, it'll get better. Good luc.

Many possibilities: For this problem, you need to see your own physician for a personal, comprehensive evaluation.  Depending on when and in what circumstances "seeing things out of the corner of my eyes" happens, there are many possible causes.  It could be anything from a medication or drug side effect, to actively hallucinating in a psychotic illness.  Very wide range of possibilities there.

Retinal phenomenon: Flashes of light can be due to stimulation of the retinal by either external pressure on the eye, or by pulling on the retina by the vitreous strands within the eye.  These flashes are generally very short lived.  Longer lasting lights that may form patterns can be due to migraine aura.  It is a good idea to have a dilated exam if this is a new or common occurence, especially with new floaters.

got my eyes checked.its -1.00.axis left 0.25 and axis rite 0.75. dont know what it means.but i see the floor a little slanted.did i give a wrong test?

Eye exam: Lee, the -1.00 is the strength of the lens in Diopters.  It is how much the lens bends the light (in or out) to focus it on the back of your eye correctly.  The axis has to do with a slight astigmatism you have.  Your corneas are not perfect spheres.  The axis tells the lens maker to put a little cylinder in your lens at a specific axis to correct your astigmatism. No worries. Hope this helps

ive noticed what looks like a light blue ring around my pupils in the white part of my eyes. i also see what looks like a wave pattern in my vision (mostly out of the corners of my eyes). what is this? what do these things mean?

Blue: The line you describe is most likely  Arcus senilus which typically is seen in older people, but it can present younger. Even in young children. It is typically benign, but can be associated with cholesterol problems.  The wavy eyes are probably not related.
