i am experiencing bottom gums pain.they are not red.are not bleeding yet.but i can see my teeth through gums not all of it.but somewhat.is it normal??

See a periodontist: Pain in the gums suggest the presence of some pathogenic infection, perhaps periodontal disease, a gram negative anaerobic rod bacterial infection. Get checked by a periodontist.

i have swollen, purple and receding gums. i can see the bone through my gums and there is occasional bleeding. there is no pain. i can't see a dentist until a month later.what should i do?

No hurry: You have chronic gum disease. Didn't happen over night. Won't go away over night.

my dentist said didn't see anything but why would i be able to suck air through a small hole in gum behind front teeth where ridges are top of mouth?

the dentist said my 8 yr old has congenital missing lateral incisors, but i can see a tooth poking through the gum. is it possible the dentist was mistaken or that a different tooth is growing there?

Missing Laterals: Your dentist has most likely taken radiographs during your child's visit and after viewing the films it was determined that the laterals were missing. The tooth that you see poking through the gum is most likely the canine erupting in that space. A second opinion from another local dentist who can examine your child is in order if you are concerned there is a mistake.

21 month old has enlarged lymph node behind ear that is mobile and not firm, but now feel a second one under that one thats smaller. not sick, only recently did a tooth break through the gum. see md or wait? causes?

Call your doctor: This likely can wait and be seen at your child’s next visit. If fever or cough or pain/redness of the lymph nodes, or ear pain develop, please call your doctor for an appointment to be seen sooner. Many children have enlarged lymph nodes in that area, and generally they are benign and associated with an upper respiratory infection.

No idea: hVe never seen nerves coming out of gums. Go and see periodontist to find exactly what is going on in your mouth. Good luck

if i have lost a small piece of my gums through rugby, what should i do? will it grow back on it's own?

Gingival Lesions: It sounds like you may have bit your lip during contact, or another piece of your oral tissues if you were wearing a mouth guard while you were playing.  This should grow back within a few days to a week.  Best advice is to keep the area as clean as possible and rinse often throughout the day with warm salt water rinses to reduce any swelling.

i need some tips on how to stop gum pain..i have seen a dentist but can't see him at the moment!?

Gum pain: You can try warm salt water rinses, 3% hydrogen peroxide rinses (diluted 1:1 with water), otc pain medication such as advil, motrin, aleve (naproxen) or what you would normally take for a headache, orajel, and cross your fingers. These methods will not solve the problem, but only mask it until you get proper professional treatment.

black spots: Black is never a color that is good in the mouth
seek out an oral surgeon for an 
evaluation
