Depends: I am not unaware of such sectional divisions but even if I do, liver size varies from one person to another - usually the larger the frame the bigger the liver.

What sections: What are the eight sections? You may be misinformed. Liver has a mostly uniform architecture.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

had ultra sound on liver. came back normal. doc pushes on that section and i still get pain. what could it be?

See below: It could still the gallbladder next to your liver causing pain.  You may need a hida scan to prove that it is malfunctioning.

No unless: Unless your liver was injured during the procedure, c-secetion should not cause liver issues.

my dr tried to perform an ablation & couldn't. he says i have scar tissue everywhere from my c sections including my liver, is that normal?

Yes, but: Presuming you are referring to an endometrial ablation, scar tissue within the uterus can make it impossible to insert the instrument into the uterus. The only way adhesions outside the cavity of your uterus  could affect this would be from tilting your uterus in a difficult angle. Sometimes this can be overcome with medications or a more experienced hysteroscopic surgeon.

?what does Ur Doctor: The doctor who advised you to have a liver biopsy is expected to tell you about this report. What did he/she say about the lymphocytes in the portal tracts? To my mind, it implies some degree of hepatitis going on. But I do not have the results of your Liver function tests(LFT's). That would help us in the interpretation

i thought i had an ulcer was and am in a lot of pain. it turns out after us i have 3 gallstones - one showed 7mm and a section of fatty liver? i have another test wed that starts with an h? is 7 big? will i need surgery? having lots of anxiety.

Confer with the : Treating team, it is your right to know what is going on , if final diagnosis is reached,  and treatme(s) available with risks, benefits and alternatives for having or not having a specific treatment for your condition. The 'H' test may be a HIDA scan of your gall bladder, which shows how good is your gall bladder functioning. Cholecystectomy, is a common procedure, that you may need, good luck

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, you have provided very little information. What is the bilrubin level, direct and indirect, Hb level, medications you are on. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an in-person evaluation. Do not take acetaminophen.

Go see an Oncologist: It looks like you have advanced case of colon cancer. There is fairly good treatment for this type of cancer. But you need to find a medical oncologist and consult him/her for further treatment right away.

i have a pain that starts in the upper left side of my abdomen and the spreads to different sections one at a time. ?

I wish we could help: you with that unique description, but, alas, only an exam and evaluation can sort this out.  The stomach and spleen are in the upper left abdomen; pain from one of those typically doesn't radiate. Perhaps it is coming from something associated with the large bowel and it turns the corner and travels down to the rectum. A complete history and exam by a skilled Doc is what you need. Stay well:)
