I wish we could help: you with that unique description, but, alas, only an exam and evaluation can sort this out. The stomach and spleen are in the upper left abdomen; pain from one of those typically doesn't radiate. Perhaps it is coming from something associated with the large bowel and it turns the corner and travels down to the rectum. A complete history and exam by a skilled Doc is what you need. Stay well:)
