Need more info...: I am always apprehensive when i hear the words "scar tissue" and "pain" in the same sentence.  Adhesions are a very common by-product of abdominal and pelvic surery and usually cause no symptoms whatsoever.  Furthermore, they can only be seen surgically:  not on physical exam, not by x-rays or u/s. I advise you to see your ob/gyne or primary care doctor to help sort out the cause of your pain.

No unless: Unless your liver was injured during the procedure, c-secetion should not cause liver issues.

No: After about 6 weeks the scars will be strong enough for most activities. Most c-section scar heal very well because there is very little tension on the closure.

Yes Repeat: C section adhesion symptoms may improve as they were cleared  during procedure but most likely  will form again. Scar tissue is a dynamic process collagen tissue  constantly remolds never stops in some it will diminish and others will exaggerate as in keloids , risk will never end

? Endometriosis: See your gynecologist for an exam but this far out it may be endometriosis and can be cut out.

Several: Damage to bladder, damage to bowel, difficulty removing/delivering the baby in a timely manner, possibly necessitating midline incision, uterine rupture/dehiscence, and others.

Probably normal: These sorts of aches and pains are not unusual early in the pregnancy as the uterus grows, and actually may be more reassuring than a complete absence of symptoms.  Scar tissue stretching is certainly one explanation but it is usually not possible to determine the precise cause.
