Depends: It would depend on the severity of the tear, your overall health, your prescribed therapy and your own inate ability to heal.  It could be anywhere from a couple of weeks to 6 weeks or more.  Get a good evaluation from an orthopedist or a sports medicine specialist and perhaps a physical therapist  dealing with sports injuries.

i have twitches for 2 days now, it went down in severity, it's isolated to a single location on my thigh (sartorius muscle if i am not mistaken), should i be worried ?

Cold exposure: Your symptoms are most likely due to vasomotor reactions to cold exposure with intermittent dilatation of skin capillaries as the body tries to shunt heat into its interior and away from the periphery(hands,feet,nose,ears). I wouldn't consider it due to any specific diseases.

Many things: These symptoms are very nonspecific, and could be due to any number of conditions.  A general medical workup should look at thyroid levels, vitamin levels, electrolytes including calcium and magnesium.   Further studies for the numbness and muscle pain could include what are called nerve conduction studies.  Also discuss with your doctor any family history that might help to explain the symptoms.

Depends: There are many factors to consider i.E mechanism of injury, severity of strain, which muscle is involved etc. That being said, generally, muscle pain/spasm/strains should resolve with relative rest, ice, occasional use of anti inflammatory medication, stretching. If it doesn't improve, then you should discuss with your doctor.
