Tingly cheek: Bruxism (chronic teeth grinding and/or clenching) is a common symptom of stress. This can cause TMJ discomfort, which could include pain, tingling in or near the cheek and ear, chronic headaches and/or migraines.
If the symptoms get worse, or continue beyond 7-10 days, you should see your dentist or an ENT specialist for an examination.

Several causes: The sensation to the cheek is provided by the trigeminal or fifth cranial nerve. The loss of sensation or numbness can be caused by neuropathy, ms, tumor or injury to the nerve.  Occasionally dental problems can be associated with numbness. Please see your dr. If this persists.

Nerve irritation?: Irritated nerve due to multiple causes, e.g. Viral infection, tm joint, dental irritation/infection, tumor, lyme disease, bell's palsy, other causes. See md first, maybe dentist after.

Paresthesia: Chronic paresthesia may result from poor circulation, nerve irritation, neuropathy, or many other conditions and causes. There is no known long-term physical effect from paresthesia (although its underlying conditions may have various effects).

i woke up with an odd feeling in my cheek. it feels a bit swollen, & inside, i see 3 small red marks.did i bite my cheek? did something bad bite me?

See your dentist: The most common type of dental pain and swelling is a tooth pains, and the second most common is a gums infection or combination of both tooth-gum problem. In order to get appropriate treatment it is important to know the underlying cause for this pain. Rec.: see your dentist for evaluation, x-rays and treatment. Very common and treatable.

i have a heavy pressure like feeling in my right cheek. feels like it's drooping but it's not. i'm scared it's a bleed on the brain or something ?

Right cheek feeling: This should be evaluated by a neurologist most likely.  The 5Th cranial nerve controls the muscles of mastication and the 7Th the sensation to the face.  Do you have numbness in your tongue? Is there pain assoc.?  Do you bite your cheek?  I can't give you a definitive answer without examining you and possibly evaluating an MRI.  Seek attention.

i have a bad tooth and now my left cheek gets a tingle feeling and a pain in my head ?

See dentist: Visit your dentist who will examine the "bad tooth" and make the determining as to what involvement of your left cheek means as far as the tooth is concerned.  My guess is that they're related.  My suggestion is:

Fix the tooth, 
Fix the cheek, 
Check under pillow

Chapped lips?: Could it simply be chapped lips from mouth breathing, cold weather, central heat drying them out, or lip licking?
Are you using something like petroleum jelly, Burt's Bee's or Carmex, etc. at night to soften them?

Hemorrhoids: Or an anal fissure are the two most likely causes. Avoid toilet paper and use flush able baby wipes, lots of water, fiber. A surgeon can be a good doctor for this.
