See dentist: Visit your dentist who will examine the "bad tooth" and make the determining as to what involvement of your left cheek means as far as the tooth is concerned. My guess is that they're related. My suggestion is: Fix the tooth, Fix the cheek, Check under pillow For Bonus this week! May the Tooth Fairy find your house though you're considerably older than most of her clients.

Infection: A "bad tooth" doesn't get better on its own. It's probably infected (abscess), and the infection is spreading causing nerve damage. This will not self-heal. You need professional help before the infection gets any worse. If you had an infection anywhere else in your body would you let it go untreated? Please call your Dentist immediately.
