Yes: It is ok to take all three.  The antihistamine will address any allergic contribution to the cough, the antibiotic will treat what may be a bronchitis and the salbutamol will help with the wheezing and airway irritability caused by the condition.

Asthma: No your symptoms are not dueto asthma. Rather you may have allergic rhinitis especially with swollen turbinates.

i'm taking lactare tab for increasing breast milk thrice daily for past one month.now 8 week old baby develops mild cough with fever at night.fever subsides in morning but making noises in sleep and showing discomfort.was this due to tablet?

: You should consult your pediatrician about the baby's symptoms. Lactare contains multiple herbs and, as usual, scientific studies are lacking, but it is unlikely that they have anything to do with the symptoms. The benefit of lactare is arguable and you could stop it for a while to make sure it has no effect on the baby, and you may also find that your milk production is unchanged.

Watch hydration: A mouth ulcer in a baby can be a serious illness. The initial exposure to herpes virus, for example,  can produce significant symptoms including dehydration because swallowing can be quite painful. If you sense any of these issues, be sure to get to a pediatrician ASAP.

Some internists and family physicians are familiar with the techniques to look directly or indirectly into the larynx and visualize it and the vocal cords.  However, most would probably refer you to an ENT specialist who has the training and equipment to do this.  Are you a smoker? If so, stop.  In either case, someone needs to take a look at the anatomy.

Chest: Anxiety always a possibility, but usually I do not make that call till other possibilities considered. Could be some type of asthma or possible GERD.
