Maybe not: Cold air is a significant trigger for some people with asthma. Using albuterol before starting work each day or taking a controller medication like an inhaled corticosteroid of singulair (montelukast) may protect your lungs. Still this may not be the best career choice for you.

I wouldn't: If anything the cold can trigger more bronchospasm in some patients and has no therapeutic benefit. It is a crude treatment for croup, but this has nothing in common with asthma other than being respiratory.

It should: be as long as yoy do not have high blood pressure.. It acts like epinephrine or adrenalin and will increase your pulse (heart rate) and blood pressure as well as act as a decongestant. If allergies are a MAJOR reason for your asthma it should be helpful

Yes: Asthma poses no problem for co-workers. It is not contagious. If the person is very sick/short of breath, then encourage them to get some medicine!

Accepted Answer

Vising?: Not sure what you mean by vising but i'll try to answer the safety issue. Rescue inhalers for asthma are generally safe when used properly. A very small percentage of people are sensitive to the drug  class in these inhalers. Your physician who knows your history can best answer this question for you.

Likely OK: If you don't have active asthma, you'll likely be fine.  But be aware, you can never tell what may set off "asthmatic" lungs. It's possible that the "vaporized" eucalyptus oil may irritate your lungs and set off an asthma flare.  If the heat of a sauna alone could do this.  So just be aware and vigilant and you should be fine.  Best of luck.

Yes: Montair lc is montelukast which is often used with other asthma drugs or sometimes alone for "control". It is not a steroids (cortisone).

Yes it is safe: Yes it is safe to swim if one has asthma except when you are having an acute attack

Accepted Answer

Yes.: But at 43, I would ask what the indication(s) are for you to be on tamsulosin.  Is it for BPH symptoms or stone disease?
